Recruitment of a local staff (full-time) at the Embassy of Japan in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur

The Embassy of Japan in Malaysia is hiring the following personnel.

 

・ Assist Officers with Consular services (especially Visa duties) at Consular Section

 

（1） To be a Malaysian Citizen 

（2） To have N2 or above level of proficiency in Japanese

（3） To be fluent in English for daily tasks

（4） To have standard office work IT literacy (Word, Excel, etc.)

 

・ Starting date : Scheduled June 2025 (specific starting date to be decided upon discussion)

・ Working hours : 8:30am – 4:30pm on weekdays (Lunch break: 12:30pm – 1:30pm), except for the Embassy’s closing days

・ Salary range : To be determined in accordance to the Embassy’s regulations based on educational background, experience and other ability
