Attendance of Ambassador Oka at the presentation ceremony of medical masks from MinebeaMitsumi to the Ministry of Health and a meeting with Health Minister Adham Baba

On May 8, a donation presentation ceremony was held at the Ministry of Health, and 10,000 medical masks were donated by MinebeaMitsumi.
Mr. Hagino, Managing Director of Minebea Electronics Motor (M) Sdn. Bhd., and Ambassador Oka attended the ceremony.
Prior to the ceremony, Ambassador Oka held a meeting with Health Minister Adham Baba. During the meeting, the Ambassador expressed his appreciation for the successful implementation of Covid-19 measures in Malaysia and explained the situation of Covid-19 in Japan and the support provided by Japan to Malaysia for Covid-19 countermeasures. The Malaysian side explained the situation of Covid-19 in Malaysia and expressed its appreciation for the support provided by Japan, and stated that Japan's knowledge, such as "avoidance of 3C", was being utilized in Malaysia.
In addition, we discussed cooperation in the field of health, including future cooperation for the establishment of the ASEAN Infectious Disease Center.
