On June 2, Ambassador Oka made a courtesy call on Y.B. Dato’ Saifuddin Abdullah, Minister of Communications and Multimedia. At the meeting, Ambassador Oka expressed his respect for the various measures to contain COVID-19 by the government of Malaysia.
In addition, they agreed to continue to enhance further bilateral cooperation in various fields such as developing communication infrastructure, promoting digital services and toward accelerating socio-economic digitalization for the economic recovery under COVID-19.
