Ambassador Oka delivered Keynote Address at ATU-Net Virtual University Presidents Forum 2020

On 15th July, ATU-Net Virtual University Presidents Forum hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) was held virtually for the first time. Ambassador Oka was invited as a guest speaker to deliver the Keynote Address.
In his speech, he mentioned international cooperation to speed up the development and manufacture of medicines and vaccines for COVID-19, internationalisation of higher education system in Japan, and promote international joint research and academic cooperation between Japan and Malaysia.
Asia Technological University Network (ATU-Net) is a strategic international alliance connecting technological higher learning institutions in Asia, and which UTM is both chair and secretariat. The online forum was broadcasted live on UTM Facebook Page with over 4400 viewers worldwide.
