Masks Donation for Japanese Educational Institutes by JAGAM

 Japan Graduates Association of Malaysia (JAGAM) has donated as many as 63,000 pieces of masks to all Malaysian students in Japan as well as the Japanese language schools, colleges, universities in Japan.

 On 15th May, on the occasion of the donation ceremony, Mr. Gary Tang Kok Lian, President of JAGAM, presented masks to the representatives of the receiving educational institutes closely related to Japan in Malaysia, such as Ambang Asuhan Jepun (AAJ), Malaysia Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT), Pusat Bahasa Teikyo (PBT), Japan Foundation, JASSO.

 Ambassador Oka who withnessed the ceremony expressed deep appreciation to JAGAM for the generosity on behalf of the government of Japan.
Phase 1: 4,500 pieces - donated to Malaysia Embassy in Japan
Phase 2: 33,500 pieces - donated to 34 Japanese language schools, colleges and universities, and 5 Japan related Educational Institute in Malaysia
Phase 3: 25,000 pieces - all Malaysian students in Japan
