Wasyoku Lecture and Demonstration

On 16 November, Mr. Takuji Takahashi, famous Japanese chef and Goodwill Ambassador of Japanese Food Culture, conducted a“Wasyoku Lecture and Demonstration”at the Japanese Ambassador’s residence during his stay in Malaysia. 

Chef Takahashi is the third generation of the Takahashi family and owner chef of“Kinobu”.  “Kinobu” is a prestigious and long-established Michelin-starred restaurant in Kyoto.

Chef Takahashi gave detailed explanations of the characteristics and its dignity of Japanese cuisine. The participants enjoyed learning more about the charm of Japanese culinary culture.
