Ambassador Takahashi attended the ASJA-ASCOJA-JAGAM Symposium

On 22nd January, Ambassador Takahashi virtually attended the ASJA-ASCOJA-JAGAM Symposium “ASEAN: Digital Future, Possibilities and Opportunities”.
This was a joint symposium co-hosted by ASEAN Council of Japan Alumni (ASCOJA), an association of alumni networks in ASEAN, Asia Japan Alumni (ASJA), an institution for supporting ASCOJA activities in Japan, and Japan Graduates Association of Malaysia (JAGAM).
Ambassador Takahashi in his speech extended his appreciation to these organizers for holding this event towards the 50th Anniversary of the ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation next year. Ambassador Takahashi also mentioned Society 5.0, which Japan is aiming to achieve, and stated his intention to continue to promote the digitalization of the economy and society with ASEAN countries.
