Grant Aid to Malaysia
- Purpose: Promotion of culture and higher education, preservation of cultural heritage
- Content: Construction/Rehabilitation of facilities, Provision of equipment
- Subject: National government agencies
- Grant limit: For equipment supply: 50 million yen (approx. US$450,000); For Construction/Rehabilitation of facilities: 300 million yen (approx. US$2,700,000)

- Content: Construction/Rehabilitation of facilities, Provision of equipment, subsidy for transportation costs (e.g. incurred in transport of pre-owned judo uniforms, etc.)
- Subject: local public bodies, NGOs, etc.
- Grant limit: In principle, 10 million yen (approx. US$90,000) per project
